If you're getting a "Bad Request" error when trying to log on, create an account, or change your password, it may be an issue with your browser.
You can use any of the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Use Incognito Mode and reload Taxumo (this is a temporary fix, however)
- Clear your cache and reload Taxumo. We collected articles on how to clear your cache on different browsers: Firefox, IE, Edge, Safari 10, or Chrome.
