Please try the following:

1. Ensure that your password follows the Taxumo required password strength: (1) it must have 8 to 16 characters, (2) it must have at least 1 uppercase letter, (3) a lowercase letter, (4) a number, and (5) a symbol.

Acceptable Password: Pass_1234
Inacceptable Password: pass12345

2. Ensure that the confirm/retyped password is correct.

Once you use the proper password format, you should be able to proceed with creating your account.
