What is Taxumo Timeout?

Taxumo Timeout is a specialized subscription designed for dormant or inactive businesses. It helps you stay compliant and avoid hefty BIR penalties by automatically filing "zero-forms" even when your business has zero income, zero expenses, and zero withheld taxes.

Timeout vs. Regular Plans: Which is for you?

The key difference is activity: Timeout is strictly for zero-activity businesses, while regular plans are for active businesses reporting any income, expenses, or withholding.

  • Taxumo Timeout: Automatically files tax forms with 0 income, 0 expenses, and 0 withholding taxes for you.

  • Regular Subscriptions: Best if you have any transactions to report, as any income, expense, or withholding activity automatically disqualifies you from using Timeout.

What are the forms that I can file?

Following are the forms that you can activate for automatic filing in Taxumo Lifeline:

  • Income Tax Forms (1701Q/1701/1701A for individuals and 1702Q/1702RT for corporate entities)

  • Percentage Tax (2551Q)

  • Expanded Withholding Tax (0619E, 1601EQ, 1604E)

  • Value Added Tax (2550Q)

  • Withholding Tax for Compensation (1601C/1604C)

  • 2nd Annual ITR Payment (0605)

Pricing & How to Start

Subscription Cost: ₱2,699 per year (billed annually).

Ready to put your filings on autopilot? Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Taxumo account.

  2. Go to the Subscription tab on the left and select Timeout.

  3. Navigate to Tax Filing and select Automated Zero Filing.

  4. The tax cards shown in this screen will be filed automatically. You can add or remove tax cards from this screen through the Settings tab.

Once a form is filed, you will receive an email confirmation. You can also view and download your filed zero-forms anytime under the Past Filings section of your dashboard.

What if I already have an income and ready to declare my income and expenses?

Congratulations on getting your business active again! Because Timeout is strictly for zero-filing, you will need to switch to a regular Taxumo subscription once you have income or expenses to declare. The transition is simple—just head back to the  Subscription tab to pick the plan that fits your new active status.

If you’re unsure whether Timeout is right for your current situation, our support team is happy to help you decide! :)
