In Taxumo, you enter the expense charged against the credit card. You do not enter the payments made to the credit card itself.

To illustrate, let's say, you bought some reams of bond paper and used your credit card to pay. You enter the expense for the bond paper.

Later in the month, when you pay off your credit card, you do not enter your credit card payment as an expense.
