How can I get a stamped form?

You can bring your documents to the RDO so they can stamp.

Print out the following documents:

  1. The tax form you want stamped (related: How do I print out my tax form?)

  2. The BIR submission confirmation

  3. The tax remittance details to the BIR

All of the above information can be found in Taxumo once we have completed processing:

Present the documents to the Officer in Charge in your RDO. They will stamp the form for you. :)
