Your filing may remain in the Queued status up until 2 days after the BIR deadline. We are processing in batches to make sure that we are not affected by any BIR system downtime and to ensure that your filings are submitted on time.

Do note that as long as your filing is queued before the Taxumo deadline, your filing will be submitted on or before the BIR Deadline - your filing won't be late! :)

Do note that if you filed late (so you would've sent the payments for the penalties also through us), then your filing will be included in the next batch filing. That's usually around the 25th of the following month.
