Missing Taxumo entries? Here’s what to do

“Hala, nawala entries ko sa Taxumo!” 😱

First of all—don’t panic. This usually happens for a few common (and fixable!) reasons. Before assuming anything is wrong, here are a couple of things to check first:

  1. Check the upper-left corner of your screen to ensure you’re in the correct account. Taxumo allows one user to manage multiple accounts, so you might be viewing a different business or profile.

  2. Verify your login method. Taxumo treats email + password logins separately from Google or Facebook—even if using the same email address.
