Why are prices increasing?

We’re updating our prices starting June 2, 2025 to reflect rising Digital Service Provider (DSP) costs, inflation and to continue improving our platform and services. Note that we haven’t increased our pricing since 2016. This adjustment will help us provide a smoother, more reliable compliance experience for all users.

Who will be affected by the price increase?

Only new plan purchases, upgrades, or plan changes made on or after June 2, 2025 will follow the updated pricing.

If you’re already on a paid plan before the price increase and your recurring payment (via credit or debit card) stays active, the recurring charges will use the original rate.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your current subscription on or after June 2, 2025, you will need to purchase a plan under the new pricing if you want to reactivate or change plans.

I don’t have a credit or debit card — can I still lock in the old rate?

Yes! You can lock in your current pricing by prepaying a longer-term plan (quarterly, annual, or 2-year) using other payment methods such as Gcash, DragonPay and BillEase (via installment) before June 2, 2025. This lets you enjoy the same benefits at the current rate.

Why are monthly plans being removed?

To better match the quarterly tax compliance cycle, we will no longer offer monthly billing starting June 2, 2025. This change helps simplify your payment process and reduces the hassle of frequent billing.

Where can I see the new pricing?

You can view the updated pricing details on our Pricing Page starting June 2, 2025. We encourage you to review your options and lock in the current rates before then!
